Marie-Anne Renaux has been a partner of Wilhelm & Associés since the firm was founded.

She created the firm’s urban planning practice, and to complement its specialty in the distribution sector she oriented her activity towards equipment and then commercial development.

Having advised on a significant number of projects in this area, on behalf of several leading retail brands and commercial developers, she has acquired extensive knowledge and is well recognized in this field. She regularly advises on a number of complex development transactions, at every stage from their initial design to drafting documents for urban planning and litigation.

In addition, she actively participates in the firm’s editorial activities. She has authored articles related to commercial development for the review “Construction-Urbanisme” published by LEXIS NEXIS (Jurisclasseur) and since 2017, she has published a newsletter on legislative and regulatory developments in urban planning and development.

Marie-Anne Renaux has been distinguished as a leading specialist in commercial urban planning by the French magazine Décideurs. She also appears in the Legal 500 rankings.
