Emilie was promoted to partner in 2021 after seven years of practice at Wilhelm & Associés.
She advises and represents clients on issues of competition, distribution and intellectual property law, and has actively contributed to developing these areas within the firm.
She advises major players in the selective distribution sector, in the media sector and in mass retail.
Along with Pascal Wilhelm, she co-writes articles related to these sectors for the law review, Semaine Juridique entreprises et affaires, published by Lexis Nexis.
Since 2017, she has also taught communications law alongside Pascal Wilhelm at the University of Paris Dauphine.
Her earlier experience includes working as an associate within a business law firm and at the Paris Court of Appeals in chambers specialized in distribution and competition disputes.
