Audrey focuses her practice on shareholders’ disputes, companies’ acquisition and/or litigation, and capital transaction monitoring. She has a well-recognized work experience in the area of a commercial and civil litigation, and more generally, in private law litigation. Audrey’s practice also involves companies in difficulty, where she intervenes both at the preventing stage and/or restructuring, potentially implying litigation.

Audrey has been a lawyer registered at the Paris Bar since 2013. Before joining Wilhelm & Associés, she recently worked for nearly five years at d’Armagnac Law Firm and was concomitantly a lecturer at the University of Paris X Nanterre, teaching Contract law, for several years.
