Audrey handles disputes relating to shareholder conflicts and acquisitions and monitoring of capital transactions, as well as commercial and civil litigation. Her practice also covers corporate restructuring, both in the context of preventive measures and collective proceedings.

A lawyer since 2013, Audrey worked for nearly five years with Henri d’Armagnac and was, for several years, a teaching assistant in contract law at Paris X Nanterre University.
She is a member of Paris Place de Droit and the Association des Professionnels du Contentieux des Affaires (Association of Business Litigation Professionals).
