Camille focuses her practice on shareholders’ disputes, companies’ acquisition and/or litigation, and capital transaction monitoring, as well as commercial and civil litigation, and more generally, in private law litigation. Camille’s practice also involves companies in difficulty, where she intervenes both at the preventing stage and/or restructuring, potentially implying litigation.

Before joining Wilhelm & Associés, Camille worked for two years as an associate at Racine law firm. She also completed internships in law firms (Fidal, CMS Francis Lefebvre, Herbert Smith Freehills) and in companies (Valeo, ADM France).
